We had the absolute best experience working with Katherine as our realtor! As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous and had a lot of questions, but Katherine guided us through every step with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. I contacted Katherine 9 months before my retirement to get info on the area. Very patient with me and my inquiries. During Thanksgiving week, we got down to business looking at homes. I traveled from Ohio that week. After closing on my home in Ohio in early December, we made an offer on the house I chose. With some negotiation, I was able to accept a counteroffer on Dec 5th. The house closed on Dec 22nd, 9 days before I retired. Couldn't of done it with out Katherines help.

Katherine was a phenomenal agent to work with. She answered every question and addressed every concern we had. We were new to the whole process and had a LOT of questions! She was very patient and understanding. We had a very non-traditional process due to it being part of an estate. It took about 5 months from offer acceptance to closing, and our anxiety was through the roof! She helped keep us calm and got us to the finish line. We could not be happier with the service she provided.
